Regulatory and Pricing Information Updated 1 July 2025

The ICAEW Code of ethics requires that where we do not issue an engagement letter in
respect of non-audit services we must set out in writing our principal terms of business, and
either our fee quote or the basis of our fees in writing before or shortly after the
commencement of the engagement.

This document sets out our minimum fee tariffs and principal terms of business and satisfies
our professional obligations in this respect.

Fees for additional services or which are different from the minimum set out below will be
confirmed separately in writing.

Quotes for services for SMEs will be advised on an individual basis.

Principal Terms of Business

Our fees are quoted on a fixed basis and are commensurate with the seniority and
professional expertise of the persons engaged on the work. Should we come across
anything which significantly alters the anticipated costs we will contact you setting out the
circumstances and seek your instructions.

The fees above are fixed for the first year but we reserve the right to notify you of a revised
figure or range and seek your agreement to the change for subsequent years.

You agree to allow us to approach third parties for information where appropriate. We will
keep all information confidential, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. For the
avoidance of doubt, our practice will be acting as a data controller under data protection
legislation for the personal data to be held. Our privacy notice is enclosed.

We will issue you with an invoice on completion of the assignment. Our payment terms are
on receipt.

If during the course of our relationship you have any concerns about our service you can
raise these with Maxine Desse in the first instance. If you raise any concerns which we cannot
address to your satisfaction you have the right to take that issue up with ICAEW.

Should we be unable to resolve your complaint you may also be able to refer your complaint
to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider to try and reach a resolution. We will
provide details of an ADR provider if we cannot resolve your complaint using our internal
procedures, although we reserve the right not to use the provider. This is in addition to your
ability to complain to ICAEW.

We confirm that we hold professional indemnity insurance with QBE UK Limited 30 Fenchurch
Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3M 3BD. The territorial coverage is worldwide
excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or
Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of
America or Canada.

Where the contract is agreed at our business premises cancellation rights given to
consumers under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional
Charges) Regulations 2013 do not apply.

These terms set out above shall take effect immediately upon the commencement of the
engagement. You or we may agree to vary or terminate our authority to act on your behalf at
any time without penalty. Notice of variation or termination must be given in writing.
These terms will remain effective until they are replaced.
