We can prepare year end accounts and interim financial statements for unincorporated businesses, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited companies and plcs.

We prepare your accounts in statutory format for you and ensure that they are filed at Companies House within the appropriate time limit.

We are also Registered Auditors and can carry out a full statutory audit for those companies and LLPs that are required by law or a third party to have their accounts audited, or wish to have them audited for their own management information requirements.

For companies wishing to take advantage of the audit exemption we offer a choice of the standard Accounts Compilation report or the new ICAEW Assurance report which is appropriate for companies who don't want a full audit but would like some independent work done for added credibility.

Taxation
