We do things differently
Our aim is to provide a high quality, comprehensive service at a reasonable cost. We want to help you to develop your business and improve your profits by working closely with you throughout the year, providing support and assistance to you and your staff whenever you need it, not just at the year end.

We work on a fixed price basis
We do not work on a timesheet basis. We want you to feel free to ask us for help or advice whenever you need it without worrying about the cost. That’s why we have fixed price arrangements with most of our clients. After a free initial consultation, we will agree with you what needs to be done and offer you a fixed, fully inclusive price from the start. This means that you can telephone or call in to see us any time you need our advice knowing that you will not be charged extra for our time.

We also offer a range of flexible instalment plans so that you can spread your payments over 3, 6 or 12 months.

We are selective in the clients we act for
In order to provide you with the best service we need to understand you and your business. Only then can we use our expertise and experience to identify problems and opportunities and give you the advice and solutions that you need. For this reason we only take on clients who want to do things properly, who share our enthusiasm for building a close working relationship, and who operate in sectors where we have a required knowledge and expertise.

We do not train our staff at your expense
We are not a training office. We employ only those people that are suitably qualified to carry out your work. We aim to provide a consistent level and quality of service from one year to the next with staff who know you and understand your business. Unlike other firms your client partner will be your the main point of contact and will remain actively involved in your work from the outset.
